Introducing Our Wedding Event Decorator & Coordinator Package
This all-inclusive package combines the best of both worlds: stunning decor and seamless coordination, all while providing significant savings. Most of our clients utilize between $2,000 to $4,000 of our exquisite decor for their events, making this package not only practical but also a fantastic value!
What You Can Expect:
- Expert Design and Setup: Our talented team will work with you to design, set up, and style your event using our extensive inventory of decor, ensuring that every detail reflects your unique vision.
- Professional Coordination: Let us take care of all the day-of details! Our dedicated lead coordinator, along with an assistant if needed, will manage the timeline, liaise with vendors, and oversee the decor setup, allowing you to relax and enjoy your day with family and friends.
- Comprehensive Coordination Services:
- Timeline Planning Meeting: We’ll create a detailed timeline that covers everything from music and decor to hair, makeup, flowers, and photography.
- Vendor Communication: We’ll contact all your vendors two weeks before the big day to address any questions or concerns and send them a draft of the timeline.
- Final Walkthrough: If requested, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough of the venue to ensure every detail is in place.
- Rehearsal Assistance: We’ll provide one hour of rehearsal coordination, guiding the bridal party through timing and positions.
- Emergency Kit Access: Rest easy knowing you have access to our emergency kit for any unforeseen circumstances!
- Dedicated Day-of Assistance: Enjoy 12 hours of on-site support, starting from setup to tear down. Our team will be there to assist with vendor arrivals, ensure everything runs smoothly, and handle the breakdown at the end of the night.

Our coordination services include:
- One lead coordinator and an assistant depending on size of the event
- A Timeline planning meeting
- Available to discuss details such as music, décor, hair, makeup, flowers, and photos and provide professional advice
- Access to our list of recommended vendors
- A final walkthrough meeting at the venue if requested
- At 2 weeks vendors will be contacted for questions or concerns and will be sent a draft of the timeline
- Email final timeline to vendors
- Create list of details couple needs for the big day
- Go over details for rehearsal
- 1 hour of rehearsal assistance: coordinate bridal party, go over timing, and where to stand
- Access to my emergency kit
- 12 hours Day of Wedding assistance starting from the time of set up
- Assist with vendor set up and arrival
- Assist with tear down
Add-On Option: Setup and Tear Down of Client’s Decor Additional $500
