Wedding Event Decorator- Design, Set up, Tear Down, Styling, In-Stock Inventory (see exclusions)

This package gives you access to our available inventory for your event with just a few exclusions. Leading up to your special day Nerdy Fox Rentals will work with you and the other vendors you have selected to create your vision for your wedding. On the day of the event Nerdy Fox Rentals will work to bring that vision we have created to life. We will style your location according to the design we have agreed upon by adding those personal details that make your wedding feel unique. That way you, your wedding party, family, and friends can enjoy the day knowing that your wedding is being styled by a professional. 

Event Design Services Include:

• Use of our In-Stock inventory! Such as our Arches, signage, centerpieces, dessert displays, ceremony decor, and much more. *(see exclusions below) 
• Nerdy Fox will assist in decor choices for all areas of your event.
• Multiple design meetings to track progress with other vendors.
• Nerdy Fox will guide you through all areas of your event that will need decor including suggestions and collaborations with other vendors.
• Venue visit where floor plan is created.
• The day of your event the Nerdy Fox Team will setup décor according to the plan we have agreed upon.
• Tear Down of Decor

This package includes the most savings! In this package you will receive our services listed in the “Mischief Managed Package” plus our Coordination services.

Trust us to take care of your day of details for your event. From contacting all vendors, timeline, and setting up décor so you can enjoy your day with your nearest and dearest!

Our coordination services include:

• One lead coordinator and an assistant if needed on the day of the event
• Timeline Planning Meeting
• Available to discuss details such as music, décor, hair, makeup, flowers, and photos and provide professional advice
• Access to our list of recommended vendors
• A final walkthrough meeting at the venue if requested
• At 2 weeks vendors will be contacted for questions or concerns and will be sent a draft of the timeline
• Email final timeline to vendors
• Create list of details couple needs for the big day
• Go over details for rehearsal
• 1 hour of rehearsal assistance: coordinate bridal party, go over timing, and where to stand
• Access to my emergency kit
• 12 hours Day of Wedding assistance starting from the time of set up
• Assist with vendor set up and arrival
• Assist with tear down

Add-On Option: Setup and Tear Down of Client’s Decor Additional $300

*This package does not include the use of any decor. There may be additional travel fees depending on location of event.

We do offer Set up and Tear Down separate from our Design Services. Pricing is determined per event. If you are interested in a quote for this service, please fill out our contact form to get more information.

Currently we offer delivery and pickup depending on availability all over the state of Indiana. Our delivery fee is calculated at .65 per mile plus labor per job, however if your event is more than 2 hours away there may be an additional travel fee as well.  If you are getting married in a different state contact us to see if we are available!
