A 50% non-refundable retainer is due along with the signed agreement. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the wedding or event date.
*On short notice orders (less than 30 days out from event), payment is required in full.
Our rental rates are based on “per event”, which can include day before delivery and day after pick up. All are based on the location and stipulations of the venue or parties involved, and if rentals are available to do so. Some items are available for our “up to 5 days rental”. We allow pick ups on Thursdays and returns on Sunday or Monday.

Yes we require a minimum rental of $100
There is the option for you to pick up and return the items. Contact us for details as there are some items that require delivery/setup/return. If items are picked up we allow pickup on Thursday before the event and return on the Sunday/Monday after the event at a set time. All furniture pieces are delivery only and can only be handled by the Nerdy Fox team.
Any items not returned, missing, cracked, damaged, or need cleaning will incur a damage fee. We require a credit card authorization form at the time of rental so any damages, replacement, or cleaning fees will be charged to the card after the event is over and the items are returned. The fee is determined by Nerdy Fox and the current market value of the items in question. *These are unique pieces and most are non-replaceable. The client is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery/pickup to the pick up/return. Please ensure that our pieces are secure at all times and protected from the weather and other harmful elements.
We do offer items to rent individually but we do encourage you to look at our packages as they will save you more in your budget than renting individually. If you are interested in specific items and would like a quote contact us and we would be happy to give you pricing for the items you are interested in!

All furniture and large items that are rented for drop off only, we are happy to place them in the areas they will be located for the wedding or event. If other small details, glassware, and/or centerpieces are rented, we will leave in the storage bins in the area you want them for you to unpack. This way they are protected until you need them.
*Please be sure to store all bins and other delivery items so they can be re-packed in their original containers after the wedding or event.
Our pieces are unique, and quantities are limited. We recommend reserving your favorite pieces as early as possible, to ensure they’re available for your date. Unless you have confirmed your order, prices and rentals are subject to change at anytime. Rentals are reserved with a 50% retainer, signed contract, and credit card authorization form.
That’s ok! Part of the benefit of renting is the flexibility to make changes if you need to. Just keep in mind there may be a price difference or the items you are interested in may already be rented. We do require you to finalize your order 14 days before your event.
